Check out our collection of split-level house plans. We offer bi-level and tri-level designs. When you step into a bi-level home design, you're immediately greeted by two sets of stairs—one going up, and another going down. With a tri-level design, the main level will generally feature the primary living space, but there will also be a half-staircase going up (possibly to bedrooms), as well as a half staircase going down (perhaps to more bedrooms, or perhaps to a secondary living space, like a den). Split-level house plans are a relative to ranch-style designs and can work well with sloping lots.
