Whether your home designs are as Traditional as Monticello or as Modern as Fallingwater, I hope you will enter our second annual awards program and be recognized for your outstanding work in ready-made home design. Your plans could be future classics!
Entered Plans must have been added to our inventory -- or updated with new photography -- after 12/31/2012.
Last year's winners will not be eligible.
Designers can nominate up to 5 plans per category.

Best Traditional Small House Plan (less than 1,500 sq. ft.)
Best Traditional Medium Size House Plan (1,500 to 2,999 sq. ft.)
Best Traditional Large House Plan (3,000+ sq. ft)
Best Modern Small House Plan (less than 1,500 sq. ft.)
Best Modern Medium Size House Plan (1,500 to 2,999 sq. ft.)
Best Modern Large House Plan ( 3,000+ sq. ft.)
Best Energy Efficient House Plan
Best Kitchen Plan
Best Bath Plan
Best Outdoor Living House Plan
Plan of the Year
People’s Choice Award (to be voted on by social media)
NOTE: Kitchen and Bath entries will benefit from interior elevations and/or photos or renderings.
PRIZES
$500 FOR CATEGORY WINNERS plus a certificate and trophy
$1,000 each for Plan of the Year and People's Choice.

Recognition
Winners will be announced via newswire and presented to online and traditional media, as well as featured on the website and in expanded coverage in our blogs.
Eligibility
Entries may be submitted by plan designers and others on behalf of plan designers. No more than five (5) plans per designer per category. Note: Entered Plans must have been added to our inventory -- or updated with new photography or renderings -- after 12/31/2012. Last year's winners will not be eligible.
Contest Rules
1. There will be one winner in each category; you may enter up to five projects in each category.
2. All materials submitted to the 2015 Houseplans.com Design Awards Program may be used by Houseplans.com without restriction or payment.
3. Houseplans.com retains the right to consider all non-winning entries for future publication.
4. Keep a copy of all entry materials for your records.
5. Please submit your entries by listing your designs with the plan numbers that identify them on our website. We encourage the submission of additional photographs and/or drawings and updated descriptions for each existing plan.
6. We also encourage you to submit new plans, however new plans must include color elevations in addition to the floor plans, and floor plans must include dimensions for each major room. For these new entries please include the relevant information regarding sq. ft, number of bedrooms and baths, style, and price.
7. You may enter a plan in more than one category. At Houseplans.com’s discretion, some projects may be moved into another category.
8. Image requirements: minimum 1200 x 800 px. Images 2000px wide or larger are more likely to be used for promotions.
9. Upload Instructions: high-resolution files of all photographs and vector-based PDF versions of all plans and drawings submitted.
10. Please note that entrants are responsible for obtaining permission to use photography.
