This contemporary style house plan offers some luxurious curb appeal. The use of mixed materials for the exterior gives off that classic modern and contemporary feeling. If you enter the home through the two-car garage, you’ll find yourself in the mudroom. There is a powder room to the right and two impressively sized closets lining the hallway. A sliding door separates the mudroom from the pantry for easy access. The walk-in pantry then leads into the kitchen where you can prepare meals and serve your guests at the island or dining area.
