Plan Description

The Carlton Shores by Visbeen Architects harkens back to the Arts & Crafts movement, while at the same time exuding contemporary appeal. Simplicity rules the interior of the home, letting the dramatic views shine. Every wall is dominated by glass to create a spacious, open atmosphere. The angled wooden staircase with its high ceiling gives the impression of climbing into the trees. A soaring two-story vaulted ceiling covers the indoor pool area, which includes a kitchenette and sitting room. In the main gathering areas, the kitchen island seats six and opens to the living room. Upstairs, the ultra-deluxe master suite includes a spacious fireplace-warmed bedroom, private deck with room for a tub, a large shower, and walk-in closet that opens directly to the laundry room.
